About Dr. Lavanya

Dr. Lavanya P B is a highly accomplished academic with over two decades of experience in Management Education, specialising in Human Resource Management. Currently serving as Assistant Professor in the MBA Department at Lakireddy Balireddy College of Engineering, Mylavaram, she brings a rare blend of research excellence and industry-facing pedagogy.

Having earned her Ph.D in HR from Acharya Nagarjuna University (2026), she is UGC-NET and AP-SET qualified, ratified by JNTUK, and certified as a ProAct Digital Teacher. Her research spans HR analytics, work-life balance, financial inclusion, and digital transformation.
